I turn “we do this every time” into a system that runs itself

BA in Psychology and Business from Waterloo Canada goose

I take disorganized businesses and systemize the process. Currently two hours deep into vibe coding to save myself five minutes.

CyberLeadHub

Automated systems

The gap

An auto dealership had no systemized lead intake process or marketing flow.

What shipped

I built an instant lead intake system: it routes new lead email alerts, assigns them to a salesperson, and prefills the contact in the CRM with the matching vehicle data (price, listing link, CARFAX link). I also developed the follow-up process from scratch, in the dealership's voice, then a follow-up sequence that converts at an 80% response rate, getting more clients booking in-person meetings.

Revenue Ops Dashboards

The gap

Leadership had no insight into which salespeople were converting, which SKUs pulled demand, or what to forecast.

What shipped

I developed a Google Apps Script that summarizes the data from Google Sheets. The website calls the Apps Script webhook to pull that data, so revenue ops show up in one view: who's converting the most meetings, which inventory is getting the most inquiries, and an annual summary of team and inventory performance.

Next steps

An integrated chatbot so leadership can ask about salesperson performance and which vehicles pulled the most demand fastest.

Pricing and Positioning

The gap

My client wanted insight into how other dealerships were pricing and positioning inventory without scrolling through their sites daily.

What shipped

I built an n8n workflow with Apify to scrape competitor sites for vehicle data. The workflow compares each day's Google Sheet to yesterday's to track changes, so they can price against the live market.

Business Card Scanner

The gap

Business events result in a stack of business cards. Turning that stack into contacts in my CRM required building each one by hand and trying to remember the conversation, so follow-up went out late or generic.

What shipped

Take a photo of the card, and AI pulls the info to prefill it, then drafts a follow-up from the actual conversation. The data funnels through n8n to sort it correctly in GoHighLevel (and other CRMs) as a contact, then sends the custom SMS or email in one shot.

Next steps

Set this up for business owners.

Commute Blocker

The gap

I witnessed someone take a Zoom call on the GO train and didn't want to be that person. I commute from Mississauga to downtown Toronto often enough that this needed solving.

What shipped

A Chrome extension that reads my Google Calendar. When it sees an in-person event, it uses the Google Maps API to route my transit commute and calculate the time I have to leave the house. It blocks the commute there, plus a buffer after the event, so I don't get double-booked. I set priority transit lines and avoid the slower routes.

Next steps

Figuring out how to make it a published Chrome extension.

Meeting Intelligence

The gap

After a meeting I still have to review the notes, manually update the CRM, and craft a thank-you message.

What shipped

A one-tap shortcut on my phone triggers an n8n webhook that reads my meeting notes through Granola's MCP, updates the CRM, and drafts a thank-you message. It also creates a note summarizing the meeting, then splits into tasks: personal to-dos for me and follow-up reminders about the conversation.
